The 1999 ISO/IEC C Standard ("C99") is available for purchase from the ANSI Electronic Store (http://webstore.ansi.org). Search for "9899". Choose "INCITS/ISO/IEC 9899-1999" for (US$) 30.00. To get the miscellanous revisions since 1999, you will also need to download "ISO/IEC 9899/Cor1:2001", "ISO/IEC 9899/Cor2:2004", and "ISO/IEC 9899/Cor3:2007", which are free downloads.
The C standard is also listed at (start at http://www.techstreet.com/cgi-bin/detail?product_id=232462), but our most recent status check (June 2009) found only the (US$) 220.00 printed version.
The March 2007 draft of "Extensions to the C Library, Part I: Bounds-checking interfaces", is available for downloading ( http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n1225.pdf ).
